3D Animator / Graphic Designer

Salary offered: 33 $ per hour for 30 hours work week

Are you a talented 3D animator (Graphic Designer) with a passion for jewelry and unique accessories. We are looking for a skilled professional to join or creative team. We specialize in crafting beautiful, high quality jewelry designs uniquely created in our company in Montreal and we need someone like you to bring them to life.

Key responsibilities:

– Create detailed 3 D models of jewelry pieces (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc,)

– Develop high quality animations to showcase our jewelry designs

– Render realistic images and animations for marketing materials, websites and social media

– Collaborate with design and marketing team to ensure animations align with brand and product goal

– Edit and refine animations to produce polished engaging content

Employment requirements

College diploma in Graphic Design or related discipine

At least one year of proven employment experience in 3D modeling, animation, and graphic design, preferably in  jewelry business.

Proficiency in Design software (Adobe Creative Suit, Rhino, ZBrush, etc.)

Strong understanding of lighting, textures and rendering techniques for 3D products visualization.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements

·         Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools

·         Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials

·         Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems

·         Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware

·         Supervise other workers

·         Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
