Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment, Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment, Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware, Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software, Determine nature, cause and location of trouble, Install electromechanical, analog and digital trunking systems, circuits and equipment in telecommunications central offices and switching centres

Task /Duties

Prepare specialty cuts of meat African and Caribbean Meats

Cut, trim, bone and prepare custom and/or standard cuts of meat, for sale according to customers’ orders

Prepare meat for special displays and/or delivery

Shape, lace and tie roasts meats

Wrap and package fresh prepared meats for on the spot request

Wrap and pre-package fresh meat

Monitor safety conditions

Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
